November 22, 2010 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hey, all.... I am Mike Hancock, vocalist for Pittsburgh, PA-based "Code Whiskey". We are a 5-piece band performing live throughout the region, and I hereby declare that it is ok, fine, acceptable or any other suitable phrase, to tape, record and distribute our live performances.
We are always open to gaining more fans and look forward to doing so with the help of the good folks at the Live Music Archive!!!
